Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Parcel

Carefully place your jewelry in its original BY PARIAH presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid courier label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

Verification and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
